Welcome to I'm the Commish! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

I'm the Commish is a fantasy sports platform that allows users to create and participate in pick'em contests, manage leagues, and compete with friends. The App is for entertainment purposes only.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content in chat
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

5. Contests and Gaming

• The App is for entertainment purposes only and does not involve real money gambling.
• Contest results are based on real sporting events and official scoring data.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the accuracy of scores or results.
• Auto-pick features may be used if you do not submit a pick before the deadline.

6. Intellectual Property

• The App and its content are owned by Tim Dietrich and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Pre-built game templates and scoring systems are proprietary.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission.
• Team logos and league trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (contest names, chat messages, etc.).
• By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the App.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tim Dietrich from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
