• Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we collect device tokens to send you notifications.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Process your picks and calculate scores and rankings
• Enable contest features including chat and leaderboards
• Send you notifications about your contests (with your consent)
• Respond to your questions and provide support

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With Other Users: Your username, picks (after lock), and rankings are visible to other members of your contests.
• Service Providers: We use third-party services for hosting (MongoDB Atlas), email delivery (Resend), and cloud storage (Cloudflare R2).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and contest data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your Rights and Choices

• Email Notifications: You can enable or disable email notifications in the App settings.
• Push Notifications: You can control push notifications through your device settings.
• Account Deletion: Contact us to request deletion of your account and data.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the App.
